Not supported. You want more toons training at a time, you gotta pay for it on separate accounts. There's nothing stopping you from training two characters on separate accounts, and combining them when one is "finished," or training a second onc...

This idea might have merit if these rare, slightly effective, and long-training skills were subject to some random loss chance, upon podding; like t3 skills in a t3. Or maybe they're just super rare, and only work in Alliance Tournaments.

I heard about someone getting scanned down in an unprobeable ship. Ruined his day pretty good. Don't know how they managed it though... In any case, seems like a fine mechanic, it's hard to fit, and has a definite trade-off, and doesn't stop you...

I think this is a great proposal. There is really no reason why high-level missions should adhere to a bigger-is-better doctrine, or attempt to enforce one. Also, reducing the size of ships allowed could effectively encourage the idea of grouping ...
